The Permanent Health Care Company offers a range of plans that are based on four level of cover. The plans range from those offering a fully comprehensive policy with in and out patient treatments as well as benefits through health care professionals such as psychiatrists and those offering complimentary medicine. Plan 1 will also offer clients in the event of twins and triplets and cash benefits and minor surgery at GP level.
The lowest budget level plan, Plan 4 provides cover for eligible in patient treatment with limited out patient care; there are no additional benefits such as psychiatric treatment or complimentary medicine. Six week wait plan is also available if certain treatment is not available on the NHS within that time span.
